Actress Hina Khan, known for her strength both on and off screen, is currently navigating one of the toughest phases of her life — battling breast cancer. Amidst her treatment and emotional upheaval, Hina recently turned to spirituality and inner healing by immersing herself in the Art of Living experience. Through meditation and mindfulness, she found a much-needed anchor.
Sharing her heartfelt experience, Hina said, “I was here at Art of Living for a lot of things. One of them was to learn how to meditate. Jaise dental hygiene hota hai, waise hi mental hygiene ke liye meditation zaroori hai. In Sahaj Samadhi, we are taught how to meditate, and this course was wonderful. I’m very, very, very calm, and considering everything I’m going through with my health—I needed this stillness.”
Hina embraced a wide range of practices offered at the center, from breath control techniques to the Sudarshan Kriya, Sehej Samadhi, and other life-enhancing programs. “This place has so much to offer—so many therapies and experiences that bring you close to both nature and yourself,” she said.
Attending the course alongside her longtime partner Rocky Jaiswal, the couple found emotional and spiritual grounding. The program was also joined by actor Vikrant Massey, his wife Sheetal, their newborn son, and Dr. Madhu Chopra, Priyanka Chopra’s mother — making it a deeply soulful gathering of minds and hearts.
Expressing gratitude, Hina thanked spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, saying, “Thank you @gurudev for sharing the insights and life-altering programs with the world. You really have developed a path-changing, soul-awakening, mind-rejuvenating Art of Living.”
For Hina, this wasn’t just a pause—it was a powerful step toward healing from within.
