GB News paused for major breaking alert as Keir Starmer could be gone in days

GB News was halted for a "massive" breaking alert tonight (November 11) as host Patrick Christys reported Sir Keir Starmer could be ousted from Number 10. in days - and he is facing a "circular firing squad" made up of members of his own Labour party. Christys said: "Some massive breaking news happening right now. Sir Keir Starmer's allies have accused Wes Streeting of plotting to oust him from office.

"Now supporters of Wes Streeting are going to war with Number 10. It's kicking right off, actually, because other cabinet ministers are supposedly involved in this plot as well - Shabana Mahmood is one of them, Ed Miliband is another. Apparently Angela Rayner has even got involved. There is a circular firing squad going on in Downing Street as we speak, and I will get you the very latest."

Host Arron Armstrong went on to explain: "It's emerged that Keir Starmer's allies are moving to protect the prime minister amid fears he's vulnerable to a leadership challenge in the wake of the Budget.

"Number 10 is said to be in full bunker mode over growing speculation health secretary Wes Streeting or Shabana Mahmood could be planning to move against him, despite being thought to be among his closest cabinet allies.

"Mr Streeting has fiercely denied having designs for the top job in the past. Senior Downing Street aides are warning that any attempts to oust the prime minister would be a reckless move that could destabilise the Labour party."

Patrick followed up on X: "Wes Streeting is due to give a speech at midday tomorrow, apparently. Could be interesting given tonight's accusations that Starmer's team think he's trying to oust him."
