Baba's obscene WhatsApp chat

Accused Baba Chaitanyananda used to call girls by sending them WhatsApp messages. If they didn't attend, he would threaten to deduct their marks and fail them in exams. He also lured the girls with the promise of taking them abroad. Along with Baba, three staff wardens are also accused. These women threatened the girls and had their WhatsApp chats deleted. Police have recorded the statements of all three women wardens. Baba was in London when this incident occurred. Baba's Volvo car is registered in someone else's name. It has also been revealed that Baba has defrauded the monastery, which is also under investigation. It should be noted that all the victims are students from the EWS category.

A total of 5 cases have been registered against Baba

Raids have been conducted in several states, including Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand, to locate Baba. His last known location was found to be Agra. Delhi Police have also filed a fraud case against Baba. A total of five cases have been filed against him so far. Based on a complaint by P.A. Murali, administrator of the Sri Sringeri Math and its properties, a case of sexual harassment has been filed against Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati, alias Partha Sarathi, under several sections of the BNS . The case pertains to a well-known ashram in Delhi's posh Vasant Kunj area.

17 girl students complained against Baba

After receiving the complaint, the Vasant Kunj (North) police station registered a case and began investigating the allegations. The ashram operates two batches, each with over 35 female students. Seventeen of these students have stated in their statements to the police that the ashram's director, Chaitanyananda Saraswati , molested them. The police have seized CCTV footage and sent the hard disk recovered from the institution for FSL examination. The statements of the 16 victims have also been recorded in court (Patiala House Court).

Sringeri Ashram clarifies allegations

Dakshinamanya Sri Sharada Peetham, Sringeri Ashram, has clarified the allegations. The Ashram issued a statement saying, "Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati was involved in illegal activities. The Peetham has filed a complaint against him. His conduct and activities have been illegal, inappropriate, and against the interests of the Peetham. For this reason, all relations with him have been severed. A complaint has been filed with the relevant authorities regarding Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati's illegal activities. "

The interests of the students will be fully protected

Additionally, the Sringeri Bench clarified that the Sri Sharada Institute of Indian Management-Research (Vasant Kunj, New Delhi) is recognized by the AICTE and operates under the Bench's jurisdiction. The Bench is governed by a Governing Council constituted by the Bench, headed by renowned educationist Dr. Krishna Venkatesh. The Governing Council has assured that the interests of the students will be fully protected and that their studies and programs will not be disrupted in any way.
