Later, the man was handed over to the police. According to the police, two youths have been detained for attacking Maurya, however, a formal complaint has yet to be filed in the matter. A case will be filed after receiving a complaint, said the city Circle Officer, Amit Singh.
Reacting to the incident, Swami Prasad said that these are insects and pests in the name of Karni Sena. These people are openly flouting law and order. This shows how emboldened goons and mafias have become under the Yogi government. Meanwhile, the attacker who was caught by the police said that Swami continuously opposes Sanatan, which is why they attacked him.
