Neemuch (Madhya Pradesh): Neemuch district of Madhya Pradesh has experienced significant rainfall, with a total of 29 inches recorded till Tuesday.
Tehsil-wise, Neemuch received 26 inches, Manasa 21 inches, Jawad 30 inches and Singoli 38 inches.
This year's rainfall is notably higher than last year's average of 18 inches, which included 15 inches in Neemuch, 25 inches in Jawad and 19 inches in Manasa. The current rainfall has exceeded last year's total by 11 inches.

Meanwhile, the Brahmani River in Singoli swelled due to the downpour, submerging nearby temples and other structures. To ensure safety, the police administration has temporarily banned movement on the river culvert.
In response to the heavy rainfall, the administration is taking precautions and has issued alerts throughout the district. Many culverts are submerged, prompting the release of safety and rescue guidelines for the public.

Following a meeting of the District Level Disaster Management Committee, residents can contact designated officers for immediate help and rescue in case of flooding or water logging situations.
