There was a time when Kulfi was enjoyed only in summer, but nowadays it can be enjoyed in any season. It is always easily available. Today, we are going to tell you the recipe for Rose or Gulab Kulfi. It is a traditional Indian ice cream made from milk and sugar. It is known for its delicious taste and coolness. It is not only tasty but also beneficial for health. The calcium and protein present in it help in strengthening the bones. Also, protein is helpful in building and repairing muscles. It is also rich in carbohydrates, which provide energy. The probiotics present in it are good for the digestive system. Now the time has come to enjoy this wonderful dish.

Ingredients
1 liter milk (full cream)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup condensed milk (optional)
1/4 cup rose petals
10-12 pistachios, finely chopped
10-12 almonds finely chopped
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Method
- Put the milk in a heavy-bottom vessel and boil it on medium flame.
- Boil the milk till it reduces to half, keep stirring it in between.
- Turn off the gas and let the milk cool down a bit.

- When it cools down, add sugar, condensed milk, rose petals, pistachios, almonds, and cardamom powder to the milk.
- Mix the mixture well and put it in an airtight container.
- Keep the container in the freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight.
- After the kulfi freezes, cut it out with a knife and serve.
